EC Software Acquires Fast-Help
Salzburg, Austria – April 2024
After 20 years of operation, Fast-Help has closed its doors and retired the documentation software Fast-Help Standard, Fast-Help International and Fast-Help Corporate. This also ended updates of the software, customer assistance and support for software activations.
EC Software GmbH has acquired the domains and strives to help existing Fast-Help users with the transition to our own help authoring tool Help+Manual.

Help+Manual can import content from a variety of source formats. However, you get the most complete transition by using our Fast-Help Converter. The converter delivers a complete transition of table of contents, keyword index and topics including style templates, links, images, hotspots, conditional text, variables, etc. After converting your help project, you can seamlessly continue to work with Help+Manual.
