This is the "Information" tab from "Project | PDF Options".

There are relatively few settings for the PDF options. Most of the settings that control how your PDF file will look, are controlled from Documentation Options, but here you can set PDF specific options, such as the Title, Subject, Author name, Creation Tool and any Keywords.
